This is a long serial number, which can be found underneath the keypad.

The safe is not accepting my new code, what can I do?

Please make sure you are completing the set code procedure until it displays 'good', remembering that if you have opened the safe with the key you also have to lock it with the key, from then on using the code as usual.

I can’t set my code; I simply get the ‘ERROR’ message on the screen. Why is this?

To set the code successfully, press the ‘ENTER’ key and ‘3’ simultaneously. It is easiest to first press and hold down the ‘ENTER’ button then press ‘3’ with your other hand. The ’SET CODE’ message will appear on the LCD screen, and you can go ahead and set the code in the normal manner.

I have forgotten my PIN code

If you have forgotten your code, use the manual override key to open the safe and re-set the code.
